Both are free. We recommend Foxit Reader as it is a much smaller and faster program.
Each competitor must submit an Application Form and each dojo must submit a Dojo Registration Form. The latter is used to list each competitor from your dojo as well as Sempais or Senseis who can serve as judges and/or referees (please use multiple copies if all the names will not fit on one form).
Please print and complete both forms in their entirety and submit them to West Island Karate with your payment before the deadline of May 9, 2008.

There is a $5 (Cdn) discount off the price of registration for every student from your dojo who is registered on or before May 9, 2008. Please respect this deadline.
THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION AFTER THE DEADLINE - NO EXCEPTIONS! WE DO NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS AT THE DOOR! |
