Here's a fun video of our annual Training/BBQ in Centennial Park this past summer. The training was led by Shihan Roman with the assistance of several Senseis and Sempais from other local dojos who were also in attendance including Sensei Ron and Sensei Paul. The video's "montage" style and background music were inspired by a recent movie that you might be familiar with. :-) In particular, the soundtrack got my daughter so "amped up" that she wanted to go to the dojo and train that same evening! Osu! Hopefully it will have the same effect on all our students. So just click on the picture above and pump up the volume!
